Jason was previously the President & CEO of two successive international energy companies, both of which were sold for a combined transaction value of over $500 million. He began his career in investment banking in New York. He is a graduate of Williams College and lives in Houston with his wife and three children. Outside of work, Jason can often be found on a tennis court.

Andrew Williamson – Partner
Andrew was previously the acting CFO of an international energy company. He began his career in management consulting in Dallas and Houston. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and lives in Houston with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, Andrew can often be found on a golf course.
